Meet the person behind the harvest
I come from Mwanza, Tanzania, and I have lived in Zanzibar for the past five years. Here, coffee and spices became my passion.
I enjoy recognising aromas, explaining how spices are used and combining them into balanced blends for cooking, grilling and drinks. For me, spices are part of Zanzibar’s culture, history and welcome.
